WINTERVILLE — The Community Christian School boys basketball team routed Christ Covenant 84-44 on the road Tuesday.

With their 18th consecutive win, the Cyclones moved to 19-1 on the season, as they will put the streak on the line Friday, Feb. 2, when they host New Bern Christian.

Tuesday’s win was paced by Chason Bryant with 20 points and seven rebounds.

Evan Gattis followed with 15 points, while Tavares Williams, Cale Pittman and Jack Beamon added 10 points apiece.

Williams added five rebounds, while Pittman grabbed seven rebounds and four steals, and Beamon pulled down seven boards.
