KINSTON — The Community Christian School junior varsity girls basketball team claimed a 24-17 road win over Bethel Christian on Friday.

With the win, the Cyclones improved to 3-1 in conference and 8-3 overall heading into a Tuesday, January 16, contest at American Leadership Academy.

Ava Dunn led the way for CCS on both ends of the court with eight points and five steals.

Adding four points and four rebounds apiece were Libby Bass and Lauren Carter.
