HOBGOOD — The Community Christian School boys basketball team extended its winning streak to 11 games with a 88-75 win over Hobgood Academy on the road Friday night.
Playing for the first time since Dec. 14, the Cyclones improved to 12-1 on the year heading into a trip to Bethel Christian Academy next Friday, Jan. 12.
Evan Gattis led CCS with 32 points to go along with seven assists and five steals, while Tavares Williams added a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds.
Also finishing in double figures were Chason Bryant with 15 points and Cale Pittman with 10 points, as the duo also grabbed five and seven rebounds, respectively.
Jared Kovach finished with seven points and a pair of steals, and Cameron Harris contributed five points.
