Community Christian suffered its first volleyball loss of the season Tuesday with a 25-20, 18-25, 15-13 defeat at home at the hands of Trinity Christian of Greenville.

The Cyclones, now 4-1, were led by Claire Carter with eight service points, including five aces, and three kills. Katelyn Brown served two aces about her six points while Autumn Bradshaw had five assists and a kill. Anna Pierce added two aces on six points and a kill and Ellie Gay produced two kills and four points with an ace.

The Cyclones will host Ahoskie Christian on Friday.
