Abigail Jackson has helped her Community Christian School varsity girls soccer team remain unbeaten through six matches, making her the Farris & Thomas Law Attorneys Student-Athlete of the Week.

Abigail scored a goal as the Cyclones battled to a 3-3 draw with Sallie B. Howard School last Thursday after winning their first five matches. One of two seniors on the roster, Abigail is third on the team with four goals to go with an assist.

The daughter of Amy and Andy Jackson of Nash County, Abigail has a 4.0 GPA at CCS where she takes Honors English as well as Career & College Promise online courses through dual enrollment with Wilson Community College. She is a member of the Beta Club, 4-H Club and Angler Club at CCS. Abigail also played volleyball and basketball for the Cyclones.

She is active at RiverBend Church near Rocky Mount. Abigail has volunteered with soccer camp as well as other events at CCS. 

She cuts grass, babysits and dog-sits as part-time jobs.
