Noah Pierce has been part of his Community Christian School varsity boys basketball team’s outstanding season to date, making him this week’s Farris & Thomas Law Attorneys Student-Athlete of the Week.
Noah, a 6-foot senior, is averaging 3.5 points per game for the Cyclones and has played in all 14 games, helping CCS to an 11-3 mark so far in its first season in the North Carolina Christian Athletic Association. The Cyclones stopped ENCSD 79-43 in a nonconference outing Tuesday and slammed visiting Gramercy Christian 67-37 on Friday.
The son of Lesley and Brian Pierce of Wilson, Noah has a 3.76 GPA at Community Christian while taking a Career and College Promise dual-enrollment course through Wilson Community College. He is a member of the CCS chapter of Beta Club and is the treasurer for the school’s edition of Future Farmers of America. He also plays football, baseball and golf for the Cyclones.
Noah operates his own lawn care business, Pierce Lawn Care, throughout the year and is a budding go-kart racer in his spare time.
