Behind a balanced scoring attack, the Community Christian School boys basketball team routed North Carolina Christian Athletic Association foe Gramercy Christian at Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf on Friday evening, taking away a 67-37 victory.
Six players scored at least eight points for the Cyclones (10-3), led by Ayden Smith’s 14 points, four rebounds and two steals. Jared Kovach added 11 points and five steals, Tavares Williams notched 10 points, four rebounds and two steals, Rylan Gay tallied nine points and five steals, Bryce Pittman picked up nine points, four steals and seven rebounds. Seth Huston notched eight points and pulled down a whopping 17 rebounds.
The Cyclones hosted Christ Covenant Tuesday at ENCSD.
