We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Edward L. Hicks as Interim Headmaster at Community Christian School! Dr. Hicks began his tenure with us on Monday and has been a welcome addition to our CCS family.
We believe God has been walking with all of us through this process, and we believe Dr. Hicks will lead the administration and staff according to God’s plan. Dr. Hicks is joining us with almost 30 years of educational experience, which include teaching and coaching, assistant principal and principal positions and a central office administrative directorship. Dr. Hicks has spent the last few years as a consultant for Nash County Public Schools. He enjoys outdoor activities, is a third degree black belt and is married with one son.
We give God the glory for His guidance over our school, our students, and our staff and teachers. We pray without ceasing for Dr. Hicks in this role, and we continue to pray for the board and administration as they work on behalf of CCS.
