At Community Christian School the philosophy of education is based on a God-centered view of truth and man as presented in the Bible. You will find information on this site about our educational philosophy, our mission and purpose, our goals, and the opportunities we offer to our students.

Commuity Christian school offers daycare for children 6 weeks and older and educates children from pre-school through 12th grade, providing them with a Christ centered, loving, and encouraging environment in which to learn about God's word and God's world. Each child is treated as the precious and unique child of God that he/she is, being encouraged to reach their potential in creativity and knowledge. Whether you are already a member of our community or are considering becoming one, we welcome you to our website and invite you to stay and browse.

All 2010/2011 student handbooks, 2010/2011 calendars and fundraising infomation has been emailed to you via School Cast. If you did not get this email, please contact the front office and we will make arrangements to make sure you get the items you need.

ALL FALL SPORTS SCHEDULES ARE POSTED! PLEASE SUPPORT OUR STUDENT ATHLETES!!              Go Cyclones!

HOW TO HELP CCS! Save Box Tops and Campbells Soup lables. SEND IN ALL EMPTY PRINTER CARTRIDGES! STAPLES WILL GIVE CCS A CREDIT FOR EACH EMPTY CARTRIDGE THEY RECEIVE FROM A REPRESENTATIVE FROM OUR SCHOOL.  Make sure to link your Harris Teeter(4315) and Food Lion Cards(212767) to the codes so CCS can earn class rewards from these companies. Use your Target Red card. 

NEW TO CCS 2010/2011!!  Dual enrollment with Barton College for a select group of 11th and 12th grade students who drive. (Extra fee applies).  Fall FOOTBALL!  Raising ALL academic standards! New Dean of Academics in place. Elementary chapel dress code changes-collared shirts do not have to have the CCS label on them this yeat! GREAT THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT CCS! GOD IS SO GOOD!

Calling all Class of 2011 Parents and Students: Plan now to join us as we embark on the journey of "Navigating Through the College Admission Process". This important meeting will be held on Thursday, September 16 at 6:00 pm in Mrs. Robinette's classroom. This meeting is recommended for ALL seniors and their parents!

ANNUAL FUNDRAISER GOING ON NOW!!! Help us keep our fundraisers to a minimum this year by pledging to the annual fundraiser. All donations are tax deductible.

BOOSTER MEETING-4th Monday of every month. Next meeting September 27 at 6:30pm.

October 30-FALL FESTIVAL!! Help Wanted. 

Thank you for supporting CCS CYCLONES!!! Booster Memberships available for $150.00 per family for the entire year or $75.00 for a seasonal membership. Save money. Join the Booster Club and attend all home games with your membership for free. See Sandy in the front office for more info.

Going on Field Trips with your son or daughter.

Help out with fundraiser.

Concession and gate workers needed at all home games. Schedules are posted on the website.  YOU ARE NEEDED!!!! All home games start at 4:00 and help needed as early as 3:15 or when you can get here!!! WE WILL NEED A LOT OF HELP DURING FOOTBALL!!

There will be various other ways to get your time in.  Check back frequently for updates.  Don't forget to check with your child's teacher.  They just may need your assistance!!
